I'm not sure if i have enough words for this review. Geoff was fantastic with explaining everything about the 3 wheel scooter i bought. He explained everything with clarity. Geoff was a pleasure to meet and deal with. I didn't feel rushed in any way and i was well informed. The service i received was nothing but superb. My scooter is fun and peppy. I was able to get to the park trails which i have desperately missed for the last year and a half now since my accident that has made it difficult for me to walk. Having the scoot... read more

Geoff was everything you could ask for - well-informed about the product, accommodating, friendly and supportive. I have put the EW-20 through it's paces inside and out. Low speed indoors offers great control and tight turns. Outside it goes like the wind. Going up steep hills it doesn't hesitate and it coasts down hills in control with just a slight grip on the brakes. While bike lanes are preferred, it handles the uneven surface of sidewalks well. Update - poor quality of the product. Basket broke after a few months of use, and now the Breaks are not working. Geoff doesn’t have the spare parts, and tried to blame us for the problems.
