Freedom RV saved us. Our furnace was not working on the Friday before Christmas when the weekend was going to be one of the coldest weekends in Alabama in years. We called Jesse at 9 a.m. he was here within and hour. He managed to get our furnace working to get us thru until he was able to get the part. Totally saved us. I would definitely recommend Freedom RV.

About ten days ago Jesse from Freedom RV diagnosed an electrical problem with our battery and air conditioning as the converter and came and replaced it and did a great job. We were very happy with the work he did. Prior to coming, he told us on the phone, how to get by temporarily, with a tip, until he could get here, which was next day. Went out of their way to ensure that I, as an inexperienced rv owner, was taken care of. Quick responses, knowledgeable staff, and good work. My hydraulic jacks and slides failed and Justin was my initial contact with Freedom RV Services. We met at my RV and Justin went right to work. Justin was was like an ant-eater looking for the last ant, left no stone unturned. Justin determined my pump motor was bad and called in the Calvary (Jesse).
