Unbelievable professionalism and goes out of their way to be accommodating. We moved items from one motorhome to another. They brought the rigs in the bays door to door. Josh, our salesman went out of his way to be helpful, moving items with us and staying late to do so. He was very professional and made sure everything was handled before we left. Customer service was great! Liz was very informative over the phone and very helpful once I arrived. Took it in for an AC problem and was unfamiliar on how to use my extended warranty thank goodness for Liz. I didn’t have to do anything. She contacted the warranty company did all the legwork/paperwork Even got a few things fixed That were not on the list.
