UPDATE 03/20/2025 A mobil RV repairman came out today, I still don't believe the washer was correctly installed by Freedom RV. The serviceman, after 2.5 hours of inspection, discovered that Freedom RV ran the drain line from the washer through a hole in the wall down to the black tank which is right below the washer-causing overflow when the washer was used-instead of properly connecting the line to the gray tank. We just purchased our first new RV, and we are so thankful we purchased from Jeff at Freedom RV. We love our new Sport Trek trailer, and they have been amazing with customer service; they even went above and beyond to help us install a backup camera and helped us get it programmed. When we brought the RV home the first time, the door was not latched and was damaged, but they took care of that problem quickly. Great employee's and great prices
We just purchased our first brand new travel trailer from freedom RV. We looked at all the big places and were scrutinized so badly that you were made to feel like a criminal. However, when we went to freedom, we were met with such a wonderful greeting we were given the freedom to look around the time and attention to be educated on the trailer that we were looking for.
