Rented the 24' Clipper for a long weekend & everything went perfect. The rental process was simple and the Camper was excellent and met all our needs. Very reasonable priced and will defiantly rent the next time we are in need of a Camper.
May 16, 2025 This is and update regarding Freedom RV, Tucson, AZ. I DID hear back from Freedom RV, James Pruitt, General Manager in a very timely manner, within hours of an email being sent to KountryStarServices@Newmarcorp.com which I appreciate very much! James Pruitt asked me if I could bring my RV to Freedom RV and was able to get me on May 15, 2025, two days after the email was sent, very quick. Great experience, we rented the 24’ but they upgraded us to the 26’ Jayhawk. Very easy to work with and easily accessible to and from Penn State!! RV was very clean and perfect for a weekend. Highly recommend!!
horrible experience. I Rented a mobile pod and a storage facility. Not only did I get locked out of the facility because lack of good communication. Their office people do not know what they're doing. They never gave me the correct code so I could get into the storage so I hired help rented U haul and couldn't get in the facility. Then had the pod delivered to my new home now they're telling me I owe money as I pull in my driveway A man is waiting for me in the rain very ignorant.tells me it's my fault my baby is getting wet... read more
Freedom RV Rentals were wonderful and so helpful. The RV was in great condition and we had no issues. Thank you to ALL of the staff, and to Bob who helped when we needed assistance during our travels. We look forward to renting with Freedom RV again in the future!
