We decided to refurbish our motorhome and chose the NW Freedom RV shop to do the work. We spoke to Newt who runs the shop and he was ready to take on the task. He assigned Wil to do the work and Kristen to manage the task of coordinating the new makeover. Everyone was great! We ordered the new furniture and appliances along with a new DISH satellite system, new Captain chairs, 3 new smart TV’s and new flooring and had it all delivered to the shop. Freedom RV is the best! We were a long way from home on the side of the freeway with a broken passenger side mirror on our motorhome. Fortunately Freedom RV was about 4 miles away. We made our way to Freedom RV with my wife looking out the back window telling me when it was safe to change lanes. Freedom RV had us fixed and back on the road in about 15 minutes.
From the office staff to the service manager to the mechanics, Freedom RV is excellent customer service, friendly, and professional
