I don’t usually post reviews, but my experience with Freedom RV Tucson was exceptional. We negotiated a fair deal with trade-in and they kept their promise to reimburse me for repairs by Freightliner when I got home. Kudos to the sales, service and management teams.
If I could give 0 I would. I went in to go see what they had on their lot. Right away a sales man wouldn't let us in w out him tagging along. We wanted to browse. He asked what my budget was I said idk yet till I see something I like. He didn't like that or didn't care for us bc he didn't bother to try to put starirs down so we could get up to see a motorhome. Just bought my very first RV from Freedom, and it was great. straight to the point on sales. What made the basket whole was the service center, Justin went the extra mile in helping me out from the time I rolled in to the time I rolled out. Not everyone will help you change a fuse on your pickup that you didn't know was blown. Thank you again 10/10
