Lance did an awesome job on our new roof. However, the best part was how responsive and professional he was. It's so refreshing when you can find a contractor who communicates well and actually does exactly what he says he's going to do. He even sent pictures and updates on the progress along the way. Much appreciated.

We recently had Lance replace the cedar shakes on our roof with asphalt shingles. We appreciated his timeliness and the quality of his work. He laid tarps over our decks, bushes and flowers to protect them when the shakes were removed. He made sure the garbage was clean cleaned up off the lawn afterwards and was personally there each day working along with his crew. Paid attention to detail and communicated in a professional way with us. We would highly recommend him for a quality roofing job.
