Such a wonderful space, cannot speak highly enough about the rolfing session I got there from Mike. I walked in with so much shoulder pain I had to strain to look left or right, or touch my hands over my head. Walked out able to do both, and only felt better and better throughout the day! It is such a gift to be pain free with such a quick intervention.

Mike's a fantastic therapist! I was in town visiting family, and after an 8 hour drive, sleeping on a weird matress, my neck and shoulder were killing me. I was referred to Mike by my brother, also a client of his, and he was able to squeeze me in last minute and help me out of a jam! Mike explained his process and worked his magic to help my problem areas release and relax. I felt so much lighter afterwards! 10/10, Rolfing for the win! Definitely check him out!
