Came in today to bring my RoadGlide in for service. Noelle in service, knew who I was before I even told her my name! She knew exactly what I was there for. Great place! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.
The owner Mario & his wife are very friendly & accommodating, they have a huge selection of brand new & used Harley-Davidson as well as parts & add ons. The service department is excellent from my experience. Dave from parts is incredibly knowledgeable, patient & WILL go the extra mile to make sure you get the right part for your bike.
The sales manager here has a personality that is quite lacking. He needs to learn how to perform his job effectively. If I were the owner of this branch, I would fire him immediately. He is not the right person to represent your store; he will only hinder its success rather than promote it.
