I phoned here on February 17 2026 to get my sleep test rescheduled the woman who answered barely spoke English and was very rude and impatient you need to hire new staff to answer your phones
I totally recommend Freedom Respitory - Calgary location for your Cpac needs. The staff is accommodating friendly, very professional. They make the patient comfortable and they are very informative with the CPAC concerns. 2 thumbs up.

They made every effort to ensure I understood how to operate my CPAP. I highly recommend Roy and Shantel as they coached me to through a process I was unsure of.
