My doctor referred me here and I am very glad for that. Once my appointment was confirmed, the whole process (from admittance to treatment) moved fairly quickly and with ease. Credit to experienced staff who were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. When going over results, the doctor made sure I understood the results, my options for treatment and made sure I was comfortable with whatever I chose, even talked to my insurance for me so I wouldn't stress. I wish I had read the reviews before I followed my doctors referral and went here. Previous reviewers reported difficulty making appointments - 100% agree as it took 5 months to make the first and 7 months to make the follow up appointment. Previous reviewers reported it is a cash grab to sell CPAP machines - 100% agree as I was convinced to buy a $3000 machine with an useable mask. I phoned here on February 17 2026 to get my sleep test rescheduled the woman who answered barely spoke English and was very rude and impatient you need to hire new staff to answer your phones
