I wish I had read the reviews before I followed my doctors referral and went here. Previous reviewers reported difficulty making appointments - 100% agree as it took 5 months to make the first and 7 months to make the follow up appointment. Previous reviewers reported it is a cash grab to sell CPAP machines - 100% agree as I was convinced to buy a $3000 machine with an useable mask. I phoned here on February 17 2026 to get my sleep test rescheduled the woman who answered barely spoke English and was very rude and impatient you need to hire new staff to answer your phones
I totally recommend Freedom Respitory - Calgary location for your Cpac needs. The staff is accommodating friendly, very professional. They make the patient comfortable and they are very informative with the CPAC concerns. 2 thumbs up.
