Had my 6.0L diesel "fixed" here and it turned out worse in the long run. They didn't torque my head studs down correctly which ultimately warped the new heads i had bought, when i contacted them about it i couldn't get a response. i purchased a "Labor Warranty" but now im high and dry. ill have to move forward with a lawsuit and try and recover the thousands of dollars stolen from me. unless they ultimately refund me the money spent to "fix" my truck

All I was trying to do is explain to the guy on the phone what my regular mechanic had already told me and already tried. Without even looking at the truck he decided that the entire engine needed to be rebuilt and when I tried explaining that my mechanic had done a compression test on the truck less than 10000 miles previous he got mad at me and told me if I was going to listen to other people other than him he wasn't going to work on the truck.
