I rented a man lift that was supposed to come with a full charge. I got it all the home and to my project and it was completely dead. Then o had to go find a generator, get that going, just to charge it! Over a half a day was spent before i xoukd even use it. If I could rate this Company a -10, and tell people how they are, I would!!! This business is the worst, they do not have a clue on how to run a successful business! They claim to be a DR Power Equipment service center. I took my pull behind brush hog in for repairs, they had me sign a work order and told me the mechanic would call me once he found the problem. this place went down hill pretty fast, I did give it a 5 star review but after i dropped of a string trimmer to have the housing bearing replaced, it sat for over a month, with nothing done and when i finally called to see what was going on i was told to just buy a new one because replacing 12 dollars worth of bearing would cost over 200 dollars, this was a great place when it was AJ's, got the 2 bearing I need from partstree for 12 dollars and had it fixed in 15 minutes.
We rented a landscape rake for 2 days at our deer camp in Omer to do some trail and food plot work. For a minimal fee, Ernesto at Freedom Rentals delivered it and picked it up. Our camp is off-grid, down a 2-track. By sending him a Google map pin, he found the camp no problem and really helped us out tremendously! We will be calling Freedom for any other rental needs we have in the future!
I worked with Steve when I was looking for a grapple attachment for my John Deere tractor. I ended up not purchasing from Freedom Rental & Equipment but it had nothing to do with the high level of service I received. Steve explained all my options, reached out to the manufacturer with questions and even set up a conference call between me and the manufacturer. I ended up going with a John Deere product...but I would never hesitate to do business with Freedom Rental & Equipment. Highly recommended.
