Dropped off late, no fuel, two hours to get fuel, picked up early next day after they said they would give more time due to the fuel. Tried to rent again anyways, and still refused to make it right after asking for this rental. Don’t recommend, won’t use again. Save your money ~ mid state rental in gladwin, highly recommend.
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about using Freedom Rental in Standish. I took my boat there to be shrink wrapped this fall. When I opened the boat up this spring this is what I found. Mind you we don’t even wear shoes in our boat. I took the boat back to Freedom and the owner seemed annoyed that I even brought it back. The best tool rental I've ever dealt with the best people.I wish I could remember Their name. Top notch and the best deal i've ever seen
I rented a man lift that was supposed to come with a full charge. I got it all the home and to my project and it was completely dead. Then o had to go find a generator, get that going, just to charge it! Over a half a day was spent before i xoukd even use it. The owner said that he would “take care of me for next time I had help” , well, once I had help again I called them, and they were still going to charge me like $250 again to use it. If I could rate this Company a -10, and tell people how they are, I would!!! This business is the worst, they do not have a clue on how to run a successful business! They claim to be a DR Power Equipment service center. I took my pull behind brush hog in for repairs, they had me sign a work order and told me the mechanic would call me once he found the problem. I left my brush hog with no paperwork showing it. Was mine and left there. After 1 week, I had not heard from them, I called them and their response was that they are... read more
