Our house flooded in May of 2018. Our Insurance adjuster recommended Freedom Recovery Services. They were awesome with the clean up. So we decided to go with them for the rebuild too. We had tile put it, new cabinets and countertops, and quarter rounds. 3 weeks after we gave them the last payment our granite bar cracked. I called and texted the owner no reply. They did not move our appliances to put the tile in so now I cannot get my oven out to clean under it or my dishwasher. They put backsplash around the bar and there is... read more
Johnny & Darrell were WONDERFUL! My hot water heater flooded from my attic to my first floor (walls, carpet, ceiling, etc) & they came to my rescue! I am extremely picky & they went above & beyond my expectations. I would use them again without a doubt! (I just hope I don't ever have a "need" to use them again!") I will definitely refer them to friends in need.
They were super! I'm unbelievable picky and high maintenance and dan and his crew took care of me to the point I couldn't believe. HIGHLY recommend for service, responsiveness, care and honesty. Message me if you have any doubt.
