Well for starters the confidentiality claim is not at all being upheld because they give the laboratory your personal information and let them determine how much and how often they want to test your urine now if I am correct I'm pretty sure that goes completely against the Hippa law that states that they are not allowed to give out your information unless you sign a release of information form so when they send your urine screen to the laboratory the laboratories job is to test the urine sample and send the results back to f... read more

They have an awesome staff and facilities that made my experience the best outpatient experience I could have hoped for. The staff is personable, empathetic and professional. The clinical team truely cares and wants you to succeed!
I reached out to Freedom Recovery during a time in my life when I needed direction, clarity, guidance and support.
