The owner Teresa kicked me out for leaving "Group" 10 mins early to catch the bus for my medical appointment. Mind you the last "Group" is lunch. The owner Teresa somehow got my number and called screamed at me on the phone saying "you need to get back here right now, nobody approved you leaving" "if you leave early insurance doesn't pay for the entire day" mind you I'm on the bus because they don't help take you to outside medical appointments.The final straw for her was when I calmly asked if she could please stop yelling ... read more

I have to take the time to give a shout out to Freedom Recovery! You all came into my life when I was at my lowest and didn’t want to go on. The staff at Freedom is beyond amazing. They really care and you can see that! I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for each and every person I met thru this program - 841 days!!! I will forever be grateful!!
