1 We were customers of Freedom Propane for many years. What a nightmare! They failed to keep our tanks full even though we were on auto delivery. Then when the pipes burst because we had no fuel, they did nothing. We had to pay for repairs ourselves. Then, when we wanted our tanks filled for winter, they refused to fill them until we paid a hefty low usage fee. If they would have filled our tanks, we wouldn't have had low usage.
