They smile and are friendly, but do not appear to care about their customers. They had my side-by-side, which we use every day on the ranch, for over 2 months. They never called me to let me know the reason for the delay. While it was in the shop, they quoted me $450 to install a windshield, 2 side mirrors, and change the tires. My bet is that took less than 2 man-hours, at most. I rated them at a 1 star because I couldn't give them a zero. Can Am needs a new dealer in Weatherford.
I bought my Spyder RT Limited there brand new 12/14. A hog ran into me on the way to work tearing up the bike. I reached out to get Freedom Powersports to help with an estimate and repair but was told that they do not work on anything older than 2017. So much for service after the sale.
