Shawn in sales is is awesome. Great customer service. The company Ride now works with for their wheel & tire warranty is beyond a pain in the ass. Even though as a customer you don't deal with them directly. Did not have a good experience with the service department. Things happened that made me loose faith in their ability to work on my motorcycle.

Came in to check out some dirt bikes for my son, and I think his name was Mike, but he was super friendly and showed us two bikes that would fit my son. Although I didn’t make a purchase because I want to just get a feel for the price and see how my son does this upcoming school year. That will factor into me buying him a dirt bike, but I’ll make sure I come here.
