Chris from Freedom was amazing. He came to site answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed. With a block on clay, a steep slope and massive gumtrees we knew it would be complex. Chris arranged three different crane quotes, the site supervisor, retaining wall company and earth mover to give us quotes. He followed up these trades promptly and this allowed us to make an informed decision about the pool. We did our research & decided to go with Freedom ( Plympton South Aust. ) We installed the 6.5 mtr Entertainer with heat pump and extra lighting, handrail, extra spa jets, robotic cleaner and sunken pool cover system which is worth the extra cost. Freedom Pools were excellent in all aspects of the planning, preparation and installation of our pool. Their follow up to see if all was well has been great as well. We have been very happy with the maintenance team that do a monthly check on chemical levels etc., so all in all would thoroughly recommend Freedom Pools .
