Our entire journey with Freedom Pools was exceptional . Ric at Freedom Pools O'Connor is a legend . He was our first stop in the jouney of getting pool info and quotes and after then doing the rounds of all the major Pool companies it was a no brainer , Ric was our man . He's a great guy , no hard ass pressure tactics just honest and down to earth dude. Nothing was any bother for him . As first timers he made the process effortless , I can't praise him enough. From then on everyone at Freedom Pools we're fantastic .
Ric G was sensational at Oconner. Made choosing easy. Install team digging were amazing.

Communication was excellent throughout, and every question I had was answered promptly and honestly. The quality of the pool and workmanship has exceeded my expectations, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. The installation team was friendly, efficient, and left everything neat and tidy.
