Freedom Pools were fantastic to deal with, from sales to installation. We had a minor issue with the pool height but it was rectified quickly. Site was left clean after install.
Freedom Pool has done a great job of installing our new pool. Everything went smoothly and as per the plan.
This is the second pool we have had with Freedom,12 years apart. I must admit this time around it was a very good experience. Sales staff were vey helpful and provided me with the pool we needed to fit into a very small area. I was mostly impressed with the instal staff. Very good experience with the Freedom pools team- purchase all the way through to handover. Sales process was easy with the company happy to answer our 6 million questions and visit our home for ideas and suggestions. Install and handover also timely with great communication, always letting us know times and dates in advance aswell as being polite and tidy. This the 4th Pool I've purchased from Freedom, and have experienced exceptional service from start to finish. I'm now looking for good, reliable trades to complete the pavers or concreting around the pool.
