The whole process of selecting which pool, Ric the salesman's knowledge, the schedulers and the installers by Freedom Pools O'Connor was impeccable. We did not have one issue. There's still work we need to do, but we are very happy.
Very smooth process, Barry in the office was great, not very happy with the debris left and the mess around the pump area, pulled up bricks and left us to deal with it, fence couldn't be installed properly as there was nothing to fit into so had to pay extra. But overall happy.

From beginning to end Freedom Pools were second to none in their knowledge, professionalism, expertise and communication. We had a few challenges all of which were dealt with really well. For instance during the site visit (pre install) the site supervisor noticed our location was close to the river and was concerned we might hit ground water. Our experience with freedom has been overwhelmingly positive, the sales team and purchase was done with ease and then the installation team were very good - communication with head office was great and the ladies in the office excellent - highly recommend
