We recently completed our pool with Freedom Pools. While we're very happy with the final result and the quality of the installation, the overall process was much longer and more challenging than expected. What was initially estimated as a January completion ended up being delayed by around five months due to planning, engineering, approvals and subcontractor coordination. Freedom Pools made our pool installation smooth and stress free. The Salesman Grant was great and the staff at freedom communicated every step of the way. The installation guys were great and the plumber and electrician and all the other guys involved to handover were great and nothing seemed a problem when I had questions. Would recommend Freedom Pools to anyone thinking about getting a pool as their prices were great too.
Staff was busy. No signagae on the display pools so you dont know what you are look at. A sign board can be put up with basic info and prices. Saves alot of waiting for staff
Could not recommend Freedom Pools enough. Amazing communication from start to finish, no pushy sales people just the right information when required. Installation team were awesome and handover team too. Great communication within the company and kept us up to date with the process Thanks Freedom
