Meanwhile, taking your money and leaving you high and dry without a finished pool. Freedom Pools have also had their builder’s licence suspended. Freedom Pools would not return calls or respond to emails. When you eventually manage to get hold of them, they tell you they are coming to complete the work on the pool on a certain day. I have been unable to get Adam or Natalie to reply to my calls texts or emails since October 2022. They sprayed my concrete shell in July 2021 and have simply gone silent. It appears that they have little incentive to finish my pool as they are well in advance on progress payments. I would recommend that you be very careful in handing over a deposit to these people. Update 2024 I have had to engage new contractors to finish the job. I am in the process of taking them to fair trading to recover my costs. Very dishonest people... read more
