Freedom pool is the absolute best! I had a bad pump that was creaming like a banshee. Additionally, the jets in the spa stopped working. I emailed Drew C., the owner who was able to schedule me in as the first appointment Tuesday of the following week. Alen came out bright and early as promised. It turned out that the pump for the jets was frozen. Alen was able to free it up and set my program to run the jets for five minutes each week to keep things running. Saved me a thousand dollars. Blake has repaired my above-ground hot tub and now it's running great. He's gone above and beyond the call of duty to find the parts since the hot tub is kinda old. I'm comfortable with him coming by to do work when I'm not even home. Highly recommend!
