Freedom pool is the absolute best! I had a bad pump that was creaming like a banshee. Additionally, the jets in the spa stopped working. I emailed Drew C., the owner who was able to schedule me in as the first appointment Tuesday of the following week. Alen came out bright and early as promised. It turned out that the pump for the jets was frozen. Alen was able to free it up and set my program to run the jets for five minutes each week to keep things running. Saved me a thousand dollars.
