I have watched the team at Freedom Pointe Rehab & Healthcare Center take my father from not wanting to get out of bed (after surgery to repair a broken femur) to actively looking forward to his therapy sessions. The administrative team could not have been more pleasant and efficient in getting him in. The paperwork was minimal, simplified, understandable. They are warm, caring people. A family member went to rehab there for 3 months. When it came time for her to be discharged home at the end of her 100 days, there was NO communication with her son, who lives out of the area but had been part of some care plan meetings, even though the family member’s husband has possible cognitive issues. As a healthcare worker, I am VERY unimpressed with the coordination of care.

They work wonders. I couldn't walk when I came in, now on leaving I am walking out. With my walker but still walking. Thank you for given back my freedom & that's the point.
