Woke up to a flooded furnace room—leaking hot water heater. Called Freedom Plumbing. Matt was at my house by 8:30 AM. He assessed the situation, prepared a firm estimate on the spot, and I had a new water heater installed by 11:30. On a rating system of 1 to 5 stars, I give them a 10!
