Matt sent me a proposal to install a home backup generator through his sister company. I agreed to his proposal and put 50% deposit down in late August. It's been 25 weeks, and I still don't have a generator installed. He has repeatedly missed commitments he has made, and is not responding to calls and texts. Update - almost one full year now, and no generator delivered. Pathetic.
My father is elderly and his downstairs bathroom sink faucet was barely working. We bought a new faucet and I tried to install on a Sat afternoon/evening but I had trouble removing the drain assembly and that resulted in a leak... I called Freedom Plumbing that same Sat at 9p and got in touch with Matt and set up an appoinent for Sunday at 11a-1p.
