Not very happy with the service that we were provided. A technician came out charged us $350 to snake became visually frustrated quite quickly and stated he wasn't able to get into pipe to clear it out and said there's nothing he can do. He said we would have to pay $6500 to have our pipe replaced. We paid him the initial fee and he left. Called another company out the next day and he took his time and was able to clear it out. Felt like a waste of $350.
Sean was awesome, explained everything, broke issues down to urgent, sometime soon & whenever you can. Was very nice and professional.
