Thorough and excellent professional service. Pointed out (and fixed) several issues that should have been addressed by an earlier water heater installation (by a different plumbing service). Will continue to use Freedom Plumbing as my first choice in the future.
Thankfully it wasn’t an emergency, but my water heater was leaking and we knew it was time for a new one due to its age. The Freedom team got back to me right away and confirmed an appt for the following business day. They provided me with estimates for various options and we opted to upgrade to a tankless water heater from an 80 gallon tank. The work was scheduled for and completed a few days later. We were only without water for a few minutes during the whole process. Very pleased and highly recommend!
Great service and very friendly to deal with. Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting the services we needed. He and his wife went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely be using them again.
