RecommendedI think the therapists are wonderful. I had wonderful care from them!!! But their billing office is horrible! I’ve been doubled billed, they don’t follow what my co-pays should be, they weren’t giving the insurance company what they asked for, and when I call they are often unable to talk. In addition, they recently sent me bills for things I already paid for (yes, I have proof it was paid for). I suggest if you go, you save everything and document all payments, make sure you keep careful records and work with your insurance... read more
