I was referred to Freedom Phoenix Tax Center by a friend. I was pleased with my tax preparation, until I received a letter saying my state taxes were calculated wrong, and instead of me getting a refund, I have a balance that is owed. I paid almost $1000 in fees, which includes audit protection. I reached out to Zarina via email,,,no reply back, so I called the office and spoke with a 3rd party who relayed my concerns to Zarina. They are a scam! Please do not file your taxes here they will tell you one thing over the phone or through text and when you meet in person it’s different. They also lie about the hours of operation when booking an appointment. I had to book an appointment 3 times before being seen due to the false information online as well.
