I called the billing local number and received voicemail. I then proceeded to call the toll free number and the repre answered with hello and no company name to ensure me I was calling the right place to give sensitive information to in order to pay a bill. I felt that this was very unprofessional.
One of the newest labs in Savannah and it does not disappoint. A very modern lab with fast TAT. Everyone is very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I’ll definitely be requesting any of my future pathology specimens be sent here. I trust Dr. Bruker and his diagnostic acumen earnestly.
