SHOPPERS BEWARE: Freedom Furniture sells cheap, low-quality imports and refuses to honor warranties. I bought the Aspect sofa, and the backrest lost its shape almost immediately due to a severe lack of filling. When I lodged a warranty claim, Freedom denied it and told me to just "fluff it up every day." They take your money, deliver garbage, and declare it's not their problem. Avoid this company at all costs.
Absolutely appalling customer service and deceptive sales practices. On June 13th, I purchased 6 chairs specifically because they were marked as available "now." and I confirmed that I could pick them up straight away after the weekend. I went to the store today (June 17th) to collect them, only to be hit with a classic bait-and-switch. I was told that due to internal stocktaking and a rigid policy of only transferring stock every second week, I face a 10-day delay. Christoper specifically was absolutely wonderful, he was exceptional, friendly and very helpful. He made some fantastic recommendations. Solved all our issues with the odd size we needed! Thank you very much, we will be back for other furniture in the future.
Purchasing on behalf of a client where accuracy is essential, especially when this piece is a key part of the room. The website image and description for this bedhead don't align and after 5 days, I still have not received a reply to my enquiry. Disappointing from a communication standpoint.
