We can't praise this store enough for their customer service, Roxane in particular was amazing!! She spent about an hour with us on two occasions helping to plan out what would suit our home and gave us suggestions we just wouldn't have thought of alone. She was helpful and absolutely lovely. Very patient with us while we were trying to decide which furniture was best for us. My wife and I have spent a small fortune with Freedom in Osborne Park and recently received 2 x Mossman book cases for the lounge room. The book cases were damaged on arrival with the back off the top of the book case lifting and separated from the back. My wife reported this to customer service who offered a $700 voucher in compensation if she signed a release form. This form was returned and it was explained that there is a slight delay on receiving the said voucher. It has now been almost three months, no voucher received... read more
Just like to express our dealings with the furniture gallery we replaced all of our furniture in our living areas. We are over the moon with the quality of the furniture and their service. We had a couple of small dramas which they were more than happy to sort out must say thank you to all the crew Especially to Goran The world needs more people behind the counter like him extremely friendly and very helpful.
We visited the store during the busy Boxing Day sales period and still received excellent customer service from the staff. The couch selection process was so easy and smooth. The entire experience was exceptional, and our couch was delivered on time. Highly recommend
