Had superb customer service from Paula today. She greeted everyone that walked in but didn't hound them. She helped me with all the myriad of choices to pick out curtains, sheers, hooks, tracks and the lot. The items that were out of stock are to be shipped to me free of charge. SHOPPERS BEWARE: Freedom Furniture sells cheap, low-quality imports and refuses to honor warranties. I bought the Aspect sofa, and the backrest lost its shape almost immediately due to a severe lack of filling. When I lodged a warranty claim, Freedom denied it and told me to just "fluff it up every day." They take your money, deliver garbage, and declare it's not their problem. Avoid this company at all costs.
