Dr smith was a great orthodontists but had the worst medical practice I’ve ever encountered. Multiple changes in care without prior notice, lack of communication of treatment plan and lack of follow through from the office were a few disappointments. Waiting until 10 days after the practice closed to notify me, only 12 hours before my confirmed and scheduled appointment, was unnecessarily disruptive to my personal and professional schedule. I would be weary of anyone involved in managing this practice.
Very professional and ethical orthodontist. Provides great care and customer service for the patients. Highly recommend!
This is such a great office and staff. The communication with the front office as well as the doctors was amazing. We spent 3 years at this office and highly recommend!
