After being informed of the corporate policy that a federal passport isn't valid ID to purchase age restricted items, I was handed a business card that states policy requires proof of age and invited to call the customer service phone number provided at the bottom. That number connected me to a recorded line selling life alert systems. The website provided is not functional.
