After being informed of the corporate policy that a federal passport isn't valid ID to purchase age restricted items, I was handed a business card that states policy requires proof of age and invited to call the customer service phone number provided at the bottom. That number connected me to a recorded line selling life alert systems. The website provided is not functional. I'm sure the cashier that handed it to me probably didn't know it was useless, but the "customer service" at the corporate level is apparently anything ... read more
