Leah is a great instructor! I took my first beginner’s Pilates class and absolutely love it! The instructor, Leah, explains each movement clearly and creates a supportive, welcoming environment. The pace is perfect for beginners — challenging but never overwhelming. The studio is spotless and the equipment is well maintained. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Jen @ Freedom of Movement for 13 years. Prior to joining Pilates I was dealing with a lot of back issues due to falling and breaking my tailbone. With Jen and her knowledge of Pilates and her ability to know how to apply the proper body movement my pain is just about non existent. I can’t say enough about Jen and how professional she is and is there for us in any weather and puts her clients first. Studio is spotless and inviting. Jennifer is professional & knowledgeable and is most definitely worth the wait when you make it off her waiting list. Although I haven't worked with the other instructors there, I can only assume they are just as wonderful as Jennifer. I have been to other studios, and honestly none compare. I love the personal attention I receive and the amount of interest she takes in my body and health.
