I had no conflict until after they made a follow up appointment a month in advance then at the confirmation call 2 days before, rescheduled my appt until after my cycle. When I came to the new appt they had not ordered my rx for insertion and told me i needed to be on cycle ... They're the ones who said not to come and they had plenty of time to order my device and didn't..
Had an exceptional experience despite the circumstances. All the staff members were pleasant and empathetic. I felt heard and understood.

I have never met a more disrespectful and condescending group of individuals in my life. From the start of my visit to the end, they were very pushy and not sympathetic to the problem at hand. Made me feel like I was “wasting their time” when I had made an appointment in the first place. I’ve been to other clinics before and I can assure you this is not proper and professional practice.
