I was directed to Freedom NW Credit Union by my regular bank because they did not offer loans on mobile homes. I spoke to Tara in the Lewiston Office and she was a true delight. Start to finish. I even had to go to their office to have them help me download the pictures from my phone. They did not make me feel like I was a bother...ever. Recently I had the opportunity to buy some land and ended up at Freedom NW for a loan. They are incredible and the whole experience has been a pleasure. I'd recommend them without reservation.
I have Navy Federal Credit Union and was looking for a “local” credit union since Navy Federal doesn’t have a branch or ATM in the area. I used FNCU up by hot shots on thain to get out money for a fundraiser a local baseball team was doing at hot shots…this “credit union” charged me $3. P1FCU, ICCU as well as LCCU do not charge me to use their ATMs. I definitely wont be doing business with this “credit union” moving forward.
