Service center does not answer phone or return calls. Sent car in for diagnostic on traction battery issues. Car was there for a month and was given no updates on when it would be looked at. I picked up my car and don't plan on coming back.

Dan was extremely helpful! Their schedule was fully booked, but he squeezed me in because my car wasn’t safe to drive home. Overall great customer service!
Daniel was very polite and informative. The service was very quick as well
I called Freedom Nissan on very short notice before leaving town and Jeremy was able to find time for the Service Technician to inspect my car. Daniel did a great job of explaining what issue they found with my vehicle. These two employees did a great job! I will not hesitate to recommend the Freedom Nissan Service Dept to friends!
