Great service! Staff is incredible at customer service…Mort, Seth, and David helped me with a refund on my GAP insurance that due to Vermont laws only, was a nightmare… they never gave up and I’m very pleased… definitely returning for my next car… thank you all
Promised to fix things wrong with it when I purchased the car, then never did. Tire light came on 10 miles down the road after purchase. Our own mechanic said they broke something in the tire when they put them on. Ignored my voicemails to them. When a part broke, the warranty place wanted Freedom Nisson to look at it since I purchased it there. Big mistake. They charged me $170 just to look at it. Service center does not answer phone or return calls. Sent car in for diagnostic on traction battery issues. Car was there for a month and was given no updates on when it would be looked at. I picked up my car and don't plan on coming back.

Dan was extremely helpful! Their schedule was fully booked, but he squeezed me in because my car wasn’t safe to drive home. Overall great customer service!
