Sold my vehicle. Price was fair and service was fast and friendly. Sam was wonderful to work with.
Will probably not come back here for service. I booked an 8 am appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. After waiting for two hours, someone from the front desk told me I needed all new tires and a few other things. I told them I could not keep waiting and would have to find another time for those things. After another 45 minutes my car was ready and at checkout, there was no further mention of scheduling the tires and other services. Great service! Staff is incredible at customer service…Mort, Seth, and David helped me with a refund on my GAP insurance that due to Vermont laws only, was a nightmare… they never gave up and I’m very pleased… definitely returning for my next car… thank you all
Promised to fix things wrong with it when I purchased the car, then never did. Tire light came on 10 miles down the road after purchase. Our own mechanic said they broke something in the tire when they put them on. Ignored my voicemails to them. When a part broke, the warranty place wanted Freedom Nisson to look at it since I purchased it there. Big mistake. They charged me $170 just to look at it. They misdiagnosed the repair problems so the warranty didnt cover it. They wanted to charge us $1100 to fix a $100 repair. They ... read more
Service center does not answer phone or return calls. Sent car in for diagnostic on traction battery issues. Car was there for a month and was given no updates on when it would be looked at. I picked up my car and don't plan on coming back.
