Rae is exceptional at myofascial release. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical at first, but as soon as I walked in, she identified a problem area in my foot and was incredibly thorough addressing it. It felt like my foot could breathe freely, by just not being restricted. Highly, highly recommend her services!

Rae is absolutely awesome. Her technique is just right and put me into a deep state of relaxation as she worked releasing the fascia that was causing the tightness on the part of the body she was working on. I was aware of an energetic trauma release as well, which is an awesome benefit of MRF That night I slept deeper than I have slept in a long time. I am looking forward to my next session with Rae.
