They are very nice but the vehicle didn't last me two months

After calling the business on a Wednesday, my wife and I set an appointment for that Saturday to drive 2 hours and pick up a truck on the lot. When we arrived, on that Saturday for our appointment, the employee informed us they had sold the truck the night before. I get that the truck was sold, its a business. However a common courtesy of a phone call to inform us that the vehicle was already gone, and dont waste the gas of a 2 hour trip.
