Mortgage was transferred. Can't get ahold of a real person or info on how to setup my new account. Horrible.
Zero stars. Completely incompetent clown show. I'm forced to waste my time to get super basic things to happen like payments posted and applied correctly. Complete and utter incompetence. If your loan is sold to them (with no choice on your end of course), watch them very closely, they cannot be trusted. And by the way, stop it with the 'welcome to the roundpoint family', do you not understand what a family is? Who writes that stuff (quietly vomiting in my mouth).
October 2, 2020: Customer service from the receptionist was Awesome. She was very sweet, but the Young Beyond Rude and unprofessional heavyset Caucasian woman who signed the papers with my husband and I, was beyond disrespectful. As I am not on the loan of the home, yet, I am still my husband's wife. This heffa did not acknowledge I was even in the room even after my husband STOPPED HER MID SENTENCE, TWICE to make sure understood who I was and to speak to "US". Me and our Realtor was STEAMING! An absolute disaster of a mortgage company. We had the bad luck of having Freedom pick up my mortgage and, start to finish, it’s been a living nightmare. To top things off, they’ve now apparently lost my Escrow refund check which should’ve arrived 1.5 weeks ago. Please, refi your loan with the mafia, you’ll be happy you chose them over Freedom.
Terrible company service. My loan was sold to them by my past mortgage company and I have had nothing but disrespect from the people I talk to. I get no call backs, one word emails and hung up on all with no explanations. I don't understand why they cant answer my questions or even take the time to email me or call. I was only offered a refinance, I didn't know I could have just paid my normal amount and would have been fine, so I was a bit freaked with no communication.
