Absolutely worst bank for mortgage! Stay away from them!
If I could give them zero star I would. I was with another company and very satisfied. Freedom bought them out. I was offered simplified VA refinancing. Four months and numerous emails and phone calls later, they couldn’t get it done. Found a local broker and refinanced with much better terms and fast. This week I was called by them to refinance my investment property. After taking my information, I was told he would calls me back in two hours. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It has taken 3+ months and still counting to do a simple VA to conventional refinance. Won’t burn names on here but mistakes left and right on this companies side milking my refi trying to get me to pay cash out of pocket to keep my locked in rate. Will never use this company again
