Worst customer service ever.
One of they worst customer service experiences in life! Working to get a payoff for a client who has a deceased parent and is part of a trust, they will not send the payoff to escrow or to the Successor trustee. Documents have been sent to them multiple times and every call they say they do not see the documents or they ask for something additional. If I could make this company rating 0 * I would! Several people in the industry have stated they had horrible experiences with them as well, stay away from them at all cost...
These days loans are moved around a lot. Since we purchased our home several years ago, Freedom Mortgage is probably the fifth lender we’ve dealt with and by far the worst. They are spotty at best with the delivery of statements and important notifications that could severely affect your credit and your family. They like to raise my house payments. I think they want to get my payment back to where it was before I refinanced.
