They are horrible my insurance broker sent over new insurance information to them they september 21 2021 a month ahead of the payment needed. They still sent out the escrow payments to the wrong company that is my money they are messing with and just sending it out to the wrong companies and they are not willing to do anything except raise my monthly payment and state that i owe to them more money in the escrow account. This is crazy just stealing money from us.
I never had an issue with any other company but this one. If i could give 0 stars i would. They dont communicate with each other. Escrow balance is always off and they are the only company where the payment changed 3 times now in 2 months. I wouldnt recommend this company for a doghouse.
My mortgage was sold to Freedom Mortgage (I wish it hadn't been!). I am actively working with my original mortgage servicer to refinance but Freedom is being extremely difficult in the process. I have tried calling several times to be put on eternal hold. I've sent messages through their portal...ZERO response...like NONE. If you can stay away from them, I would. WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER!!!! Worse than Bank of America!
My current mortgage is with Freedom and I agreed to a streamline refinance to lower my rate. Initially they answered all my questions and stated I would not have any closing costs. When I got a call a couple weeks later from the closing department, they left a message that I would need to bring a check to my closing. I returned that phone call and left messages with my original broker trying to find out what had changed. this company fired me only 4 days into training because my 2 year old wanted to be in the same room as me said I was too distracted when the whole time I was present and answering all the trainers questions. I was so excited to start working there that I turned down another job offer
