My account got sold to this company, terrible with everything, they try to take money from you as much as they can they are not honest company
On August 3, 2017 a loan I had with Freedom was paid in full. It's now Sept 2017 and they reported me 30 days late and are still showing the balance prior to me paying off the entire loan. I never have had one good interaction with this company. They're more interested in profits than the customers they service. I tried to contact them about this but got no where fast. No one had any idea what someone else was doing.
