I had my mortgage through freedom and was pretty content... but when I wanted to refinance with a lower interest rate that was being offered by several other companies they refused to work with me... my credit is great and I never missed a payment. I showed proof and documents from other lenders. But they still said they can’t do it.. so I refinanced with another company. Maybe they will buy the Loan again. I rather not waste time on them if I have the choice.
I am choosing to give this rating simply because of my poor experience I got working with the company. There should be no broken promises made to anyone who chooses to work with this company and that's what I received. I would think twice about going with this branch. An employee told me he was working something for me on 5/3/2021 and I still haven't heard from the guy. Unprofessional, next stop BBB.
