Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I tried to refinance my home and after a month I still haven't even received a quote! I don't know how they are rated as a decent lender. Loan officers make promises but can't meet bare minimum expectations. STAY AWAY if you value your time.
Trying to refinance and take advantage of a lower rate which has expired twice since they offered it. I has been two months and hours of pointless phone calls to sign the new finance rate papers. definitely stay away from this horrible excise of a company
Freedom Mortgage has been on a roll with their ceaseless marketing. After they lost a national Class-Action suit last year for using robotic phone calls, they continued, undaunted, in their campaign. They now harass customers with human callers at all hours of the day. There is also a daily barrage of emails pushing you to refinance your home. I've been placed on their Do-Not-Call list and have unsubscribed from their emails. Still, when the time comes for me to refinance, I will look for a lender with more ethical practices... read more
They sent me several emails and called several times after my mortgage was transferred to their company claiming they could save me money by us refinancing and lowering our interest rate. Well we ended up accepting the terms of the refinance, but now I wish we haden't. We closed on the 31st of July and they said we would skip August payment.
