worst fucking place, God i hope they sell our mortgage to someone else. cant get them to take a 1-time payment, for 4 months we had to fight to get it paid every month it's the same bullshit, they put in the wrong id number or something like that. dont want to do auto payments because i dont trust them with my bank account if they cant handle a single payment.
