I am warning any and everyone to stay far away from freedom mortgage. I have been trying for over 70 days to refinance a home loan. I have so far gone through 3 loan officers. The lack of communication within internal departments is astonishing. The lack of communication with the customer is ever worst. People say they are going to do things but don’t do it.
