Freedom Mortgage offered the lowest APR for VA mortgage refinance which represents a money-saving. Their team demonstrated being knowledgeable and in overall received a professional service with every representative involved on my account; however, as a constructive critique I will say that too many individuals were involved in my application and sporadically received requests from multiple representatives for the same document(s).
