Horrible company stay away . Terrible customer service
Refuses to remove pmi. No one that works at freedom knows anything, I know more which is embarrassing on your part. Would never recommend freedom. Been with them about 5 years never once have I been satisfied with their service. Easy job but still can't get it right. Way to screw the working class. Freedom mortgage are scumbags.
Customer service is absolute garbage. They are requesting multiple documents, which have been provided several times. When calling for updates, no one has any information and we have received ZERO callbacks. It’s been 3 months and we have not heard from anyone. I would give zero stars if I could.
If you want to be screwed over and have them not care at all, please get your loan with freedom mortgage.
